Online tickets are available until an hour before departure. On day of tour, phone 401-619-1300
(401-787-4438) to make a reservation or purchase at the Ticket Booth located at 2 Bowen’s Landing.

SUMMER: 10:30, 12:30, 2:30, 4:30 & 6:30* (Sunset) SPRING/FALL: 2 to 3 trips offered daily. Call for daily departure times. * Mid-Aug. departure adjusted for Sunset Online tickets are available until an hour before departure. On day of tour, phone 401-619-1300 (401-787-4438) to make a reservation or purchase at the Ticket Booth located at 2 Bowen’s Landing. Individuals under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult.

Please check in at the ticket booth 30 minutes prior to departure time to pick up your boarding passes. For your safety please wear soft soled shoes. No heels! Also, no strollers or wheelchairs allowed on board for safety reasons. Thank you. DOG POLICY: Trained service animals are permitted, pets are not.

Tickets cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are non refundable. No refunds are issued for no shows or for latecomers that miss the boat. We cannot hold the boat.

Where to Park?

Parking in downtown Newport is available at Discover Newport, the Newport Gateway Visitors Information Center. From there it is a short 8 minute walk down to 2 Bowen’s Landing.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time to check in at the ticket booth to receive your boarding pass. Boat leaves promptly at departure time, tickets are non-refundable do to missing the boat. We cannot hold the boat for latecomers. Parking and traffic can be difficult in Newport, so please leave extra time for both. Please call ticket booth with any questions or concerns. 
Tickets cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. No refunds will be awarded for no-shows or latecomers.
If tour is cancelled by the Captain due to weather conditions you can either reschedule or receive a refund. 

A Gratuity of 15% will be added to groups of 10 or more.

For your safety please wear soft soled shoes. No heels are permitted on board.

No strollers, car seats or wheelchairs allowed on board for safety reasons. Items can be stored safely with our ticket booth staff during your tour.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED
NO SMOKING PERMITTED
Boarding can be denied if a passenger arrives visibly intoxicated.

DOG POLICY: Trained service dogs only, no pets. Must call ahead to make reservation and notify us if bringing a dog. 

We require a minimum number of passengers to go out, if that minimum is not met the cruise will be cancelled.
