ALL TOURS SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM NUMBER OF REQUIRED PASSENGERS.
IF LESS THAN MINIMUM TOUR MAY BE CANCELLED.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL TRIPS DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Tickets cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable though may be exchanged for another tour and date if seats are available. Phone the Ticket Booth at 401-787-4438 to reschedule. Tickets are refundable if we have to cancel a trip due to weather conditions.
CHECKIN POLICY: All passengers are required to be checked in at our ticket booth 30 minutes prior to departure. If you are unable to check in 30 minutes prior, please phone the ticket booth at 401-787-4438 to reschedule reservation. If not checked in 30 minutes prior to departure, your seats are subject to resale.
For your safety please wear soft soled shoes. No Heels!
For safety reasons no strollers or wheelchairs are allowed on board.
DOG POLICY: Gansett Cruises welcomes well behaved dogs on a leash. Due to safety concerns, we do not allow dogs on the upper deck. Your dog may sit, or lie on the deck or your lap, but please do not place your dog on the cushions. A doggie bowl with water is available upon request but please do not feed your dog during the cruise. While we love dogs, there are people who are afraid of dogs. We ask that once you’ve taken a seat on our boat, please refrain from walking around the boat with your dog.
